Billed yearly, the Pro plan works out at €54.40 a month + VAT (€64 billed monthly) and includes one workshop and up to 3 mechanics. Plus is €82.45 a month billed yearly (€97 billed monthly) and Multi location €157.25 (€185 billed monthly), always + VAT. No plan has a minimum term.
How does the free trial work?
You create your demo account in a few seconds and use BikeCRM free for 30 days. We don’t ask for a card and you don’t commit to anything.
Does it support VeriFactu?
Yes, on every plan. For workshops in Spain, BikeCRM meets the Spanish Tax Agency’s requirements for VeriFactu: your invoices are sealed and sent to the AEAT, and if the AEAT rejects a record, BikeCRM tells you so you can fix it.
Can I bring my products and clients?
Yes. If you have them in a spreadsheet, we import them into your account so you don’t have to add them one by one.

BikeCRM runs in the browser, so you use it on the counter computer, a tablet or your phone without installing anything.
