Before you choose a plan
Which plan do I try during the 30-day free trial?
You can try every feature, including those in Plus and Multi location. We don’t ask for a card, so nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends: you choose your plan with us.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT (+ VAT), because BikeCRM is software for workshops and shops.
Is there a minimum term?
No, none of the plans has a minimum term.
How does Multi location work?
It is one account for up to 3 workshops, for €157.25 a month + VAT in total billed yearly (€185 billed monthly). It includes everything in Plus, time tracking too, and up to 15 mechanics.
What if I send more than 200 messages a month or have more mechanics?
For now, nothing gets cut off. If your workshop needs more, we talk it through with you and find the best option.
